Temperature transmitters feature significant advantages over directly wired sensors. They can eliminate special cabling requirements, simplify engineering and maintenance while enabling advanced diagnostics. With head-mount, panel-mount, fiber optic, and field-mount devices to cover different temperature applications, we have the solution you are looking for.

FIELD MOUNT TRANSMITTERS

Field-mount temperature transmitters are designed to operate in the harshest environments.  Field-mount temperature transmitters are designed with a dual compartment housing that keeps moisture, humidity, or other contaminants from getting into the transmitter's electronics.

FIBER OPTIC TEMPERATURE

Optical fiber sensing instruments measure the temperature distribution along a long-distance fiber-optic cable, with high accuracy and spatial resolution. The technology provides a novel approach to pipeline leak detection, fire detection, and large scale distributed temperature measurements in many industries.

HEAD MOUNT TRANSMITTERS

Commonly refer to as "Hockey Pucks" due to their shape, head-mount temperature are small disc shaped transmitters that are often mounted within a connection head. The connection head is usually attached directly to the sensor; but, can be located remotely. Head mount transmitters offer a less expensive way to make industrial temperature measurements.

PANEL MOUNT TRANSMITTERS

Panel mount temperature transmitters are designed to be mounted on DIN-rails located in non-harsh environments usually in or near control rooms. The advantage of this type of mounting is that they can be grouped together for easy access. The disadvantage is the length of  wiring from the sensor to the transmitter.

SENSOR ASSEMBLIES

Industrial thermocouples and RTD assemblies for just about any application.  Wide range of mounting options and thermowells are available from multiple partner companies. Give us a call to discuss your application and we will provide you with a perfect solution.
