FLANGED SLIDING GATE VALVE

The pneumatic flanged sliding gate control valve type 8621 in GS3 design with integrated positioner designed according to ASME B16.34, API RP 553, API 598, ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3 incl. flange connection according to ASME B16.5 is suitable for a wide range of process applications. Media such as steam, liquids, gases, etc. can be handled perfectly.

On/Off Valves

Actuated on/off valves that come in a variety of configurations and sizes. Traditional globe pattern designs, or angle globe seat valves providing straight through flow paths which reduce turbulence are available. All are designed with a variety of end connections including ANSI 150/300 flanges, threaded connections, tri-clamps and a variety of other weld ends.

Sliding Gate Valves

Schubert & Salzer’s sliding gate products were developed as an efficient alternative to conventional control valves. The design is uniquely simple, but is intelligently engineered to tackle complex applications which require precise control under taxing conditions. Through continued innovation and development, the GS product line is constantly expanding and improving.

Globe Valves

Globe valves are available in conventional and angle globe versions. Conventional valves are integrally flanged meeting ANSI and DIN dimensional specifications. Angle globes offer high flow capacity along with bubble tight shutoff reducing the need for isolation to the process. These control valves feature integral top mount integral positioners; pneumatic, analog and digital. Motor operators are also available for both on/off and positioning control. Sizes available are 1/4″ through 3″. Control valves are 316 stainless steel and on/off motorized versions are also available in bronze construction.

Ball Sector Valves

The Ball Sector Valve is designed to succeed in harsh applications; slurries, dry media, fluids with suspended solids or fibers. With pneumatic and electric actuators it is the best choice for very precise control within a variety of process industries requring a valve that can handle exacting applications.

Segment Valves

Segmented Disc valves offer high precision over a wide flow range. Due to the robust design and the bi-directional flow capability, segmented disc valves are suitable for fluids as well as steam and other gases. The valve also is not affected by contaminated media. Range of applications span across all process industries and utilities. Availability in sizes through 32 inch.

Sanitary Valves

Sanitary valves from Schubert & Salzer operate to the highest global requirements and specifications. Right angle self draining design from 316L barstock, valves meet FDA and USP Class VI requirements with EHEDG approval. Products have low EP finishes available and are CIP and SIP capable.

Pinch and diaphragm Valves

Many fluids cannot be controlled throught conventional valves due to high solid content, heavy viscosites or contaminants. In some cases the media is too agressive fro conventional alloys. Long service life and reliability combined with the excellent control quality of an integrated positioner, lead to an ideal control valve with minimal maintenance and low operating costs.

Manual Valves

Manual valves are available in a variety of configurations including sliding gate, angle globe and traditional globe. These valves offer simple manual control via hand wheel.

Positioners

Compact positioners in analogue and digital versions made for pneumatic control valves. The positioners are characterized by compact dimensions, handling of short strokes and its integrated visual display of the valve position.

Electric Actuators

Development of our electric actuators is focused on control accuracy, high positioning speed and reliability. As with all electronic components by Schubert & Salzer, communication and settings of all parameters are managed via the configuration software DeviceConfig.
